The County Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability issues Variances for such things as Forest Buffer, removal of trees, etc. The online data lists applications and, later, approval letters. Generally, the list maintained online on the County Web site goes back less than 3 years, then old entries are removed. The old data can still be found at Wayback archive-it, but it takes a lot of finagling to find something.
